We collect information you provide when interacting with our services via Instagram DM, ManyChat, or our API: name, travel preferences, destination interests, and loyalty program membership. We do not collect financial data or passwords.
Your data is used exclusively to provide personalized luxury travel recommendations. We analyze travel preferences to match you with hotel programs, destinations, and curated experiences from our knowledge base of 6,000+ luxury properties.
Our TikTok integration publishes curated travel content. We access TikTok via their official Content Posting API with scopes: user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish. We do not access your TikTok account or personal TikTok data.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Data is processed through: Anthropic (AI recommendations), ElevenLabs (voice narration), Creatomate (video rendering), and Meta (Instagram integration).
Travel preference data is retained to improve future recommendations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
All data is stored on encrypted servers. API communications use HTTPS. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
